With getting back to boxing in 2021 the Nebraska LBC has decided to change the format of our tournament in North Platte NE July 23-25th. This year we’ve decided to host a 2-day matched bracket tournament. This means that register as normal, but we will match at least 3 and no more than 4 in each age and weight division. This gives boxers the opportunity to box twice in the weekend. The registration fee will remain $30. Unmatched boxers will receive refunds after the event is over. If you are matched and no-show, there will be no refunds. Champions will still win a custom top grain leather belt. There is a chance that we will also add Matched Bouts to the lineup – for those athletes that didn’t have a bout for the tournament, but may meet the guidelines for a matched bout. Register as normal and a tournament official will reach out and offer the matched bout.

We will update the registration and match lists on www.nebraskaboxing.net so you can see who is registered and who will be boxing.

Registration will be accepted until July 19th - no walk ups will be allowed. If you have already registered through USAB website you don’t need to do anything but check the Nebraska boxing website (please be patient as this is updated manually). We’re looking forward to seeing you there.

General Admission tickets are $20. Kids 10 and under are free. Contactless Tickets are available to purchase now on https://bbbrawl2021.eventbrite.com or https://playnorthplatte.com/bbbrawl/ .There will be no refunds on tickets, unless the tournament is cancelled, then refunds will be given accordingly. We will also sell tickets at the door as well.

Schedule:

Friday, July 23rd - General weigh in begins at Noon – 3PM at WB's Fun Center, 1100 S Jeffers St (South Entrance)

Coaches meeting and social at WB Fun Center, 6-8pm. Coaches receive Free Gift and 2 Complimentary Drink Tickets.

Saturday July 24th: Weigh in 8-10 am at the D&N Event Center, 501 E Walker Rd (Enter through main, East Door). First session begins at noon.

Sunday July 25th: Weigh in 8-10am at the D&N Event Center. First session begins at noon, champions will be crowned.

All coaches and boxers must be registered with USA Boxing and must have an up-to-date red book. All athletes must have an up-to-date book and physical. No Exceptions.
